RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Hair Accessories, Hair Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Tools , Appliances, Makeup and Sale items are all FINAL SALE.
DAMAGED OR NOT-YOUR-ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or a product you didn't actually order (yikes!) please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include a picture and we will make it right, asap! We will gladly cover the return shipping cost as well.
HAIR TOOLS AND ACCESSORIES
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect.
Any electrical appliance that has been abused or tampered with will void any warranty and is strictly enforced. All defective replacements/credits must be accompanied by proof of purchase. All defective replacement warranties are based on the original purchase date and require proof of purchase before replacement is considered.
